Thanks for the tip! That book showed up several times last time I was browsing around for interesting stuff, and getting a direct recommendation like this backs up any plans on purchasing it. Much appreciated!
Btw, Lustmord, Aphex Twin, and Lull: Truly amazing ambient bands. (although it's hard to find any downloadable Lull mp3s)
